Fifth track of my album, WATER CIRCLE, first released in 1994 (part of my ELEMENTAL SERIES) has been remastered to improve sound quality. A love song to (or maybe, from) Nature's muse.

This one is somewhat special in that it's named after Perdido Bay (in Lillian, AL), where I lived the year this album was developed. "Dance of the Mermaids" also very strongly represents the powerful, mystical, creative energy of that place.

Since the dawn of time, our story has been inextricably bound to water. Relatively simple in its chemical structure and infinitely mysterious in its diverse contributions to the forms and functions of our world and its life, water continues to paradoxically lead us forward into an unknown future while simultaneously beckoning us back to the forgotten, primal roots of our past.
